Historically malloy just had the highest tax increase, so in a couple of years from now, you are okay with another largest tax increase again, because historically we just had one.

No I am very happy in Connecticut. I love the freedom and happiness we get under Governor Malloy

Governor Malloy is a good force in this state.

Wait till there's a staunch rightwing Governor of Connecticut one day who forms a fascist regime and deports Connecticut undesireables to work camps and uses Metro-North to deport people to Ghettos and incarcerates people for being suspected of communist sympathies and then you will be crying for the happy golden days of Malloy who let the state be free for all to share and smile. It will be sad when the state goes rightwing if it ever does, real sad.

We had a fascist. We sent him sailing on a bar of soap back to Greenwich.

Easy there with the right wing fascist regime claims. The two times in our nation's history that "undesirable"citizens were forceably removed and sent away to camps, happened to take place under the direction of the other side, and it's nothing to joke about...

Nonsense, and I'm not a fast food fan. Motivation comes from within each of us; some are motivated, some aren't, and the environment they work in at any given time cannot define it. 35 years ago, the vast majority of the kids working with me at Stop & Shop educated themselves, and moved on to better things. It was not a function of the grocery store we happened to work in for a very small portion of our youth.

The bottom line is that the minimum wage of $10.10 will be good for businesses AND consumers AND laborers.

FYI, I wouldn't call Chick-Fil-A a "Small business." Last year, EACH location made $3.2M (1,700 locations).
Chick Fil A has a very religious conservative ownership and tends to avoid "blue" areas (note how few are in the upper Midwest for example in addition to New England). Also, they may simply have not expanded there yet (all of the NJ stores are in the southern half; the lone NY store is a special one inside the NYU campus). And I wouldn't call a chain that has over 600 locations in its 3 biggest states of business "small".

If it were simply due to minimum wage laws, they would be open on Sundays to maximize their profits, which they are not.

Not a good example......
