Maybe Fairfield/Trumbull to Greenwich residents are happy because they are more well off than most of state

Yea Trumbull isn't anywhere near the level of the towns to the southwest... it's more similar to Monroe/Newtown

Probably some districts in FL where kids are really awesome at filling out common core worksheets and tests. CT doesn't hold exclusive rights to that
