We are not as diffferent as you think...If ANYTHING CT is the state that will give you the most opportunity. Most of the more conservative states (And this is coming from a conservative who is just honest about honesty) tell you to pull up your boot straps and get it done with no mercy for personal circumstances.

This state has so much available for someone who wants to better their life. Believe it.

I do wish you the best, and perhaps on things like a messageboard it's hard to come across the way you really wish.
