Does anyone know what are they finally building in front of the CVS where High Ridge, Long Ridge, and Cold Spring roads meet? The new building is quite advanced in construction.
That's the new Pepe's and Shake Shack.

Sweetgreen, Van Leeuwen's and Warby Parker also recently opened in the Commons; Gregory's coffee, Naya and Chip city opening soon. Granola bar opening today I think in the Corbin district; also announced Millie's (of Nantucket) will be opening a location there. The painful construction limbo of the last few years is finally starting to produce some nice new amenities, which everyone seems pretty excited about despite the years of construction still ahead of us.

Yes, Sweetgreen is terrible but the rest is great, like the “everyone’s working from home now”, the demise of brick and mortar is greatly exaggerated.
CT is back stronger and better than ever. You can’t deny it.

Really? I like them. What don't you like? They are a bit pricey, but they all make fresh salads in front of you.

Overpriced, soggy salads that are usually not very healthy. Proteins (like chicken) tend to be kinda gross. Lines out the door in NYC. It’s just fancy fast food. Pass.

Default Stamford Transportation Center Master Plan

https://www.stcmasterplan.com/concepts.htm

With the parking garage's completion on the horizon, Stamford now looks to upgrade (long overdue) the rest of the transportation center. The link above will take you to the Master Plan website. There you will see more rendering on the concepts for the Stamford Transportation Center (STC). Just a couple of pics I will post from the website.

I wonder if that will take as long as the nonexistent Union Station renovations
