I don't know if they are behind this crap, or not. But their FB page reads like it is from the 60s. Black Panthers, Students for Democratic Society, The Weathermen, etc.

I am no yoga expert so I can't comment on its merits. However, I must observe that the advent of yoga pants as outerwear has been the best invention of the 21st century.

I ran into this video a few days ago. It's about how being PC is a big problem and we aren't being our authentic selves when we are forced to censor ourselves due to political correctness. It is worth a watch.
These Social Justice Warriors have gone absolutely crazy. Is nothing off limits to them anymore? Is ANYONE going to not cave in to their needy, greedy, whiny, obnoxious demands?
Here's an idea: Just say "NO". Grab a pair people!!! These SJWs are bullies on the outside, but sissies in heart and mind. Just tell them to frack off and that they're not allowed to steal your stuff or force you to do anything.
They have a right to be offended at anything they want.
So let them get offended....and then don't cave into their baloney.

Well, this explains it (I really didn't have to look, knew how this was going to go, but thought I'd check anyway). The Indians will be 'offended' because yoga is being practiced outside their religious context (and by Westerners), the Muslims will be 'offended' because it's too sexy (ie, a moving body & taught by a Westerner) - and hey!- they all get to slam the evil West again. Do you think they're enjoying those lovely Western educations & living conditions, however?

I opened the article and became amazed because it wasn't what I thought it would be. Years ago, when I took a lot of classes, there were people throwing fits because it was "Eastern". Certain teachers here in Dallas started teaching yoga, replacing the names of poses with Christian names...it was so funny to me! Apparently politically correct runs both way.
