Milford is a promising little town...
Hi Beachanyone, I have decided to re-locate to Milford in about a month. It has a lot of charm and 'small town' america characteristics, with a great plan for their future. They just put in 'riverwalk' through the town, and it has an historic district, with about a 10 min. drive to a beach, without all that summer tourism thats a few miles down the road. Good Luck!!! It really depends on the price you are looking for. Check out this one
Oakwood Village at Lewes - Welcome Its a beautiful custom home community! Close to the beaches but not too close to traffic. And its not out in an old open farm field either. There are trees and ponds and sidewalks and its beautiful.
