ONLY!

Do a search on the net about all the problems there!

We have a rental property and have it rented out in Camelot Meadows, 2 miles from the boardwalk, under $5000 a year!

Also, you can use this website to search all the MLS listings in Delaware or by community, city etc.

Check out all the Pot Nets listings, they can't sell 'em!

Wink POT-Net Communities

Will someone please tell me what a POT-net is? I've seen it on this site but it's never defined. Is it a builder?
Thanks
Jan

Pot Nets is a community in Long Neck Delaware in Sussex County, South of Rehoboth, North of Bethany and on the Bay. Try a google search and you'll see some homes offered for sale. Looks pretty sprawly to me.

The family that owns my community in Magnolia also owns a community is Pot Nets. He has stated they are very proud of their community and I believe he put it.....upscale.
It was not fair of me to bash pot nets in the past for I only went by hearsay.
Many people were disatisfied because of the rising cost in lot rent.....which were ridiculous.
I should of known better than to go by what others were saying because it was not ALL communities in the angola bay area.
You have to find out for yourself. After all......this is a serious move and should not be taken lightly. or go by hearsay. Find out for yourself.
He has invited me down to check out his community. I know this family and I can tell you first hand.....they are not greedy. In fact..........they are extremely fair.
Now other owners in this area such as Tunnel.....I can't say.
I'm lived in this community for 3 years now...... we choose SM because we got the best price in central DE.
I live in Southern Meadows.
I can't say enough about the owners and I"m sure the community they own in Pot nets is probably a very nice place to live by the water.
It all comes down to how much you can afford.
You have to visit these communities, do research, ask questions and above all KNOW what you can afford.

The Pots Nets Communities are all owned by Tunnel. His father had the wisdom to offer the average income worker a place to vacation within his means. It was a success and many middle income families invested in this community for many years. All that has changed in the last several years since the son took over. Rents have increased (in my case doubled in 3 years) and instead of the working man being welcomed, only the upper income people can afford the rent.
So anyone who wants to do a land lease in ANY of the Pots Nets Communites be forwarned.

Thanks for sharing your first hand knowledge. This same info has been shared before.
I was told it was very very nice but that I would not be able to afford it.
Thats okay...........we don't have a far ride to the beach areas from where we live.
