Looks like this next storm could be measured in feet. Batten down the hatches.

12-16 inches on the southside of town. Yikes.

Is early Saturday morning when things are supposed to kick off?

I don't know... compare Weather Forecast & Reports - Long Range & Local | Wunderground | Weather Underground with http://www.weather.com/ for your area and they can always be very, very different. Earlier today they were saying we could get up to 12" in Evergreen on Saturday and now it's back down to up to 8". It keeps changing. They don't know any more the we do!!!

Weather.com shows 2-6 inches total for me. I like that a whole lot better than Wunderground's prediction of 8-13!

The NWS in Boulder issued Winter Storm Watches 24+ hours in advance - so naturally we'll get 1/4 of the snow they're predicting and everyone will whine about it.

I like your optimism.

If Denver gets 10 inches you can almost guarantee there will be 20 inches at my house. UGH. I know we need the moisture but I don't want to shovel.
