OP - You need to get Natures Miricle or something similar to get out the smells. Bleach won't do it.

Help my dog is constantly pooping and peeing in the house despite being let out 4-5 times a day. we moved to mississippi from ohio and she only pooped in ohio once we have been here for a month and a half and until last week she has been doing well not peeing or pooping in the house

Have you ruled out medical cause? Have you gone through the house with a blacklight to locate old stains so that they can be treated with Nature's Miracle? How old is your dog?

1. Not training;
