Ron Paul is definitely going to be taken more seriously in this election cycle even though he has some factors working against him. For example, on the last election cycle he was not invited to 1 or 2 of the debates. Second, the big corporation are not going to be supporting him. Last of all, many in the media do not give him the exposure and attention that he deserves even though he has been making more appearances on TV News shows.

If all things were equal such as exposure, campaign money, etc. Ron Paul would be our next president of the USA.

I'm registered libertarian.
Join me as I change my affiliation to put Ron over the top in the GOP Primaries. I know, we have to hold our nose and squinch our eyes but we can do it! It is for an excellent cause.

If we can get Ron past the GOP neocon Gatekeepers, he will be our next POTUS.

I haven't voted in a presidential race since the mid 90's.
I finally feel like I have a candidate and I'll do whatever I ethically can to support him on the way to the white House.
We don't register by party affiliation in Washington state. And while I have some libertarian leanings, I'd consider myself a liberal on other issues..

I voted for Obama in 2008, but I don't plan to again. There are a lot of folks like me who are extremely disillusioned with Obama..and are looking for an alternative other than another Republican neo-con. Paul could be that alternative, but only if he runs as an independent, because I guarantee you, just as I guaranteed the Ron Paul supporters here in 2008, his chances of getting the Republican nomination are virtually nonexistent....

How many of you 3 who posted first would vote for anyone running for the GOP? Not one so I don't see how Bachmann is hurt by all your whining.

These lefties are so sure that Bachmann would be such a bad choice and none of them would vote for anyone from the GOP. They think with the nether range of their bodies, I think.

Have you thought about the fact that the First Lady these days has the same name. I guess none of your handlers have told you about this.

How many of you liberals would vote for anyone who doesn't have a D after his/her name? You will not cause her to lose if she does carry on but you will make a lot of noise about a damnable religions woman. Your attitude will win her more votes than she will lose to people like you.

If he does get it which I think he absolutely has a good chance of doing, I will see you at the polls! (metaphorically speaking of course )

The people are not the leadership.
The message of Freedom resonates.
Especially with young people who know they are the cattle that have been sold out by their government and previous generations.
