I think diplomacy would be a better start rather than threats of destruction and sanctions. Is it so hard for you to comprehend that acts of war only strengthen their resolve to have them?

Newt: "This is the most dangerous President in the history of the United States on national security grounds."

David Gergen on CNN: "On the contrary, this is the Presidents greatest strength (national security)"

Is this Junior High?

Al Gore more like Al Bore

Hey, Mitt has a silly sounding first name, let's tease him about it!

Hey, George W Bush has a cooler personality than Al Bore...that is why you should vote for Bush!

He has called for diplomacy, a term lost on you war mongers and Chickenhawks.

How would his diplomatic overtures be more successful than past and current diplomatic overtures? How would taking a military strike off the table publicly (even if you would try very hard to avoid it) not embolden them?

All the candidates on that stage aside from Ron Paul espoused scarily neoconservative views of foreign policy. It's rather disappointing, considering how badly that ideology failed us in Iraq. And yet, it still seems to be the predominant foreign policy view within the GOP.

Why?

Paul is a head-in-the-sand isolationist.

Are you kidding me? Ron Paul is an isolationist. He's always been one which is why he has no foreign plan.
