I hope your right. He going to solidify the (17%) black vote with this Travon thing. He and pals at Goldman will keep the stock market up for this year to get some retirees to stay the course.
He's done a horrible job, but he may say the right thing again to have the unwashed and uneducated vote for him again.
People with college degrees, and post graduate degrees, voted for Obama over McCain in 2008.
The "whole black community" was/is going to vote for Oblama no matter what, even though they have suffered the most under his failed Presidency. Sad.
There would have been absolutely no difference in the "suffering" of the Black community under a McCain presidency. And not only that but life would have been worse considering the fact that John McCain wanted start another war by bombing Syria and every other Middle Eastern nation.
It looks to me like Obama is going to be re-elected.
The premise of this thread is wishful thinking. Nothing wrong with that. We all have opinions.
Nonetheless, I believe Obama will be re-elected. Republican conservative pundit George Will says the same thing.
In a way, an Oblama second term might be the best thing for the country. It would ensure Republican dominance in national elections for the next 2 or 3 decades.
One thing Oblama has proved adept at is electing Republicans.

I agree with with your 1st sentence at least.
Sounds to me though that you're backpedeling.
3 years of failure and you're still singing his praises. That's pure comedy gold. Thanks for the laughs Ken.
When he came in the economy was tanking and the UE rate was skyrocketing. The economy is now recovering - not as fast or as soon as I'd like, but it IS recovering and the UE rate is falling. In the next month or 2 it will likely be LOWER than it was when Bush left office (and falling).
Aside from my personal opinions on the matter however is the fact that the DATA backs up the likelihood of Obama's re-election, that (along with the fact that the GOP is heavily fractured with NONE of the candidates being someone that really ANYONE on the GOP side is excited about) bodes very well for Obama's re-election. Even the GOP "movers and shakers" - along with anyone with any real experience in politics - know that.
Does that mean the Obama's re-election is guarenteed?
Of course not.
Is it VERY LIKELY?
Absolutely.

and now a lot of those people are in debt and can't find jobs.
Student debt has grown from $97 billion in 1997 to a stunning $870 billion according to conservative Fed reports to inching closer to $1 trillion this year by other measures. Higher education is definitely in a bubble and younger Americans are dealing with the brunt of this new predatory financial epidemic.
You’ll notice that roughly 34 percent of all outstanding debt is carried by those under 30. If we add in those under 40, we encapsulate over 66 percent of the entire debt market. This is disproportionately a problem of the young. What is troubling is that most of this debt is being taken on by younger Americans who have actually seen their net worth fall while student debt markets expand:
What exactly would a Republican candidate do to change things? Exactly how? What did the last Republican President do to make things better?
republican amnesia is a gift they have.
Not sure but, who is going to be Prez then?. Santorum? people in the south are for Ron Paul in this region.
