Unfortunately, this is meaningless. We don't know where the votes are coming from. If those are votes from Northern Virginia, then that's huge. However, they AREN'T.

NBC has a sense of humor. They announce the Democrat is "leading", while carefully avoiding citing the actual vote count, and not mentioning that the Republican has actually been ahead by 10+ percent for the entire vote count so far.

It's all they can do when they're that desperate.
