Most of the heavy population centers are just starting to turn it in. Cuccinelli has won the rural counties he was supposed to win. I don't know how this is shocking.

It does appear that Cuccinelli will have had a surge compared to where the polls had him, even though McAulife wins...I wonder if Obama's lies this week swung momentum to the Republican.

NOVA is always last, as it takes time to count regions where people outnumber livestock.

Truthfully, the GOP lead is not strong enough given that a vast majority of the red county vote is in already.
