The fact that You are actually hoping Cuccinelli wins shows me you actually are a wing nut who doesnt care if the best candidate wins. You simply vote for party.

All that being said. you should probably look at the live results. it isnt going to hold up

18% = precincts, not population or vote( obviously they wouldnt know the percentage of vote till it is over anyways).
