Yes, it is the largest city in the state,but leans republican. It will be the largest strong hold for their votes in the state.

Question to the forum, how come the percentages of precincts for other state wide wages is different ?

Wow, Cuccinelli up by 2+ percent with 80% in? Win or lose, this is an embarrassment for Obama given the polling data and huge spending advantage the Dems had.

They didnt, they recalculated precincts.

except neither is true. Cuccinelli actually raised more when you count super pacts. and ac i have continued to tell you precincts are not a percentage of the vote.

1 precinct could have 200 voters another could have 2,000. So for example, a county could have 10 precincts, 9 with 200. 1 with 2000.

the first 9 could go in and say 90% reporting, but only be representing 45% of the population.
