The objective of Obamacare for example was to protect the profits of the Insurance companies, medical practices owned by the AMA, and the drug industry. Banking reform? hahahaha. Nope. Dear. This is exactly what I said. The law forces Americans to do business with the insurance industry. But it does nothing to improve medical care, because the plans that many can afford have such draconian terms nobody can use it.
Thing is, for the middle class who work & pay taxes, they can't afford it. This is why, by huge margins, the working-middle class has abandoned the Democrats.
