Donald can win by a landslide and he even has a chance to win CA and NY.
He means jobs and opportunity and minorities would vote for him big time.
It's about the mechanics of the economy

Supply-side economist Arthur Laffer is predicting Republicans will win the White House in a landslide this year, regardless of the nominee.
“I would be surprised if the Republicans don’t take 45, 46, 47 states out of the 50,” Laffer told host John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on New York’s AM-970 on Sunday.
“I mean, I think we’re going to landslide this election.”
Laffer, who served in various positions in the Nixon, Ford and Reagan administrations, said he is bullish on the entire Republican primary field.
“When I look at these candidates, I don’t see one of them who wouldn’t do a great job as president,” he said.
“I think Donald Trump is phenomenal, I think Rand Paul has done a great job, I even like Jeb Bush — I think Jeb Bush is great, he did a wonderful job in Florida,” he added. “Chris Christie – phenomenal.”
He said Democratic primary front-runner Hillary Clinton’s “day is over.”
There are more IMPORTANT SERIOUS reasons that I can't and won't get into here as to why Mr. Trump can win in this way. Don't ask me to say because it wouldn't belong in this part of CD = "a vague hint".
Only part of the reason this could happen is that people are tired of voting in experienced politicians as POTUS who then do their own thing and shift the proverbial gear in reverse.
So people are willing to try "different" that is a non experienced politician = Mr. Trump.

I don't know about CA, but here in the bluest county in the blue state of NY, I'm astonished at the support I'm hearing for Trump from Democrats, and Feel the Bern bumper stickers are popping up everywhere. IMO Hillary's in trouble.

Yes indeed. If DNC nominates Hillary Clinton they are facing a landslide loss.

Supply-side economist Arthur Laffer couldn't even get supply-side economics right. What makes anyone think that he is an accurate predictor of elections?
There is no indication that minorities are supporting Trump in anything but scant numbers.
"GOP may win 47 states in general election" Yeah, and birds may fly out of my butt.
(You should see a doctor about that condition.)
I simply don't believe the theory being put forth that just because Obama running against the idiot Romney won a state, that automatically means that Hillary Clinton will win that state too.
Because for that to be true, it would mean that voters always vote the party and not the candidate. While some portion foolishly do this, it's clear that a majority of the electorate is breaking away from this mindset and especially this cycle. They are looking at the candidates and voting for the one that appeals to them instead of voting for someone because they are a Republican or Democrat.
