News like this makes guys like Trump get very excited. He probably had to change his shorts after he was told the Pope mentioned his wall.
It certainly seems to have gotten you excited.

According to Georgetown University, the average weekly donation of an American Catholic to the church is $10. There are 85 million in North America, meaning each week the Catholic Church pulls in $850m through donations from individual Catholics.

Vatican City itself has a rich economy relative to its size. Though data is scarce, and the exact GDP figure is unknown, the CIA estimated Vatican City's 2011 revenue alone to be $308m. Bankers' best guesses about the Vatican's wealth put it at $10 billion to $15 billion.

When the Vatican practices what it preaches on wealth, the hypocritical Catholic Church and the Pope can question the faith and Christian practices of others.

The OP doesn't know the first thing about Pope Francis. Pope Francis would tear down the Vatican walls if he could and he chooses to live as much like a humble, normal guy as anyone. When he stops being pope, you could probably find him walking the streets of Buenos Aires mixing with the common man.

Pope Francis has humiliated Fox News and most conservatives by simply reminding them what Christianity means in the essence. So they've been attacking him ever since choosing to keep "worshiping" in their own perverse way (all for me, 'F' thy neighbor, my team or nothing, science only when we need it, ignorance is bliss).

Does anyone really think any pope would recommend Trump for POTUS? He's the 7 deadly sins in one package.

I always thought the Pope is very political. Maybe he should bless those countries that are not doing well to see if his blessings work, we don't have to build any wall at all.

Exactly. If he puts a few foreign rapists and murderers up in his personal quarters he has some room to talk. Until then, it's the same mindless BS that Obama spews.

Frankie has to be one of the biggest hypocrites in the world at this point.

This guy is a hot mess. He's never met a live microphone that he didn't like. He should stick to the job he was hired to do, which is running the ultimate tax-free enterprise, Vatican, Inc.

How the h*ll cares about the pope's opinion, unless they are part of his little cult. I don't care any more about what he says than what some ISIS Imam has to rant about. This is a secular country.
