What does "feed[ing] trolls" have to do with your refusal to answer a legitimate question?

You claim that Cruz is great when it comes to dealing with illegals, yet you don't explain why. When asked, you attempt to deflect by hurling an insult.

If there's anyway he's elected, the American project would be in danger and our reputation will be compromised.

So it's "rhetoric" opposing illegal immigration and wanting to take steps to rid ourselves of illegal aliens and keep more from entering? Do tell!

Yeah, but the media covered up for the Obama gaffe machine. Should Trump be elected, God Forbid, the media will make sure to highlight those gaffes as often as possible!

I'm surprise that anyone would make excuses for it.

Being held hostage? He used the bankruptcy courts at least 4 times and used eminent domain to attempt to force an old woman out of her property so he could build a limo standing area by his casino!

The only thing Trump will do if he gets in office, is work on laws that are better for his business and his cronies!

Beyond that, Cruz has been called "Libertarian" by Alan Dershowitz!

Cruz was a “terrific student,” Dershowitz told The Daily Caller. “He was always very active in class, presenting a libertarian point of view. He didn’t strike me as a social conservative, more of a libertarian.”

We don't need any more reforms except those that tell the illegals to get out.

NAFTA and the open door of our country is destroying our country. I will vote for any eligible candidate that will at least make an effort to stop the insanity we are having to deal with right now. That leaves Cruz out.
Then you might want to do more research on Trump. During the debate on Thursday, Trump listed Richard Haass, the current President of the CFR as a likely advisor for his team. The mission of the CFR is more things like NAFTA.

I agree that Trump is not ideal but he has the name and money to fight the entrenched politicians. So Ill take him over one of them. We gave them a chance for decades. They don't get another 4 years.

Of course, you realize Cruz cannot stop illegal immigration alone, but in terms of sponsoring bills that will deal with Immigration,

Here are at least 11 that were sponsored/co-sponsored by Cruz:

I am sure you will find some way to demean his work in Congress, but you can no longer live in the denial that Cruz has not worked on behalf of his constituency to enforce the existing laws and push legislation that seeks solutions to illegal immigration!
