You don't think a Muslim family who lost their son might have something to say about a man who says careless things, like banning Muslims?

Trump is torpedoing his own campaign.

LOL. You don't know "rigged" actually means do you?

Why aren't you upset that the RNC sought to prevent Trump from securing the nomination?

Who better to deliver that message than the parents of a Muslim-America war hero? Of course, it's political! Trump is political, you're political, I'm political. Everyone has a political agenda including the Pope. That doesn't make Mr. Khan wrong for entering the public arena for a cause he believes in.
Mr. Kahn was at the DNC convention, he wasn't doing anything except standing up for Hillary.

His cause? OK then, do not use the fallen soldier to promote your cause. Don't stand behind the death of a soldier, stand up on your own. Don't put a Gold Star behind you and speak out for the DNC and Hillary stand out on your own.

Mr. Kahn as a father of a fallen soldier has the media at his disposal. At any time he could have made a simple phone call and had all the media attention he wanted.

The soldier's death had nothing to do with religion, it had to do with service to his country, THE ENTIRE COUNTRY, not a liberal or conservative or any political perspective.

A soldier is a soldier first, not a member of a religion first.

Muslim-American war hero? Why is it that liberals all need to divide people into groups? That is the ultimate degradation of what every member of the military fights for. They do not go to war or fight for muslim Americans, black Americans, white Americans or catholic Americans.

The serve AMERCIA, not the divided groups you want everyone to be segregated into.

Your comments support segregation of those who serve this country. There are no muslim Americans anymore than there are black or white Americans. There are only Americans.

And lest you forget, those that are not American citizens are not Americans. They are either visitors or those wanting to be Americans.

The scourge of segregation is the purview of liberals. Liberals, as promoted here and as they promote themselves see everyone not as people but as groups of people.

Who makes sure every person is seen not as a person but as a member of a group?

Democrats cherry picked a Muslim family to prove Muslims and Islam are both just fine and Trump is a fool to suggest a temporary ban on Muslim immigrants.

Trump should have brought the conversation back to ISiS and what is going on in Europe. Instead he unnecessarily picked on the family, which Democrats were hoping he would.

Islam doesn't belong in a civilized society. Cherry picking a Muslim family doesn't prove Islam is compatible. Unfortunately Islamophilic Democrats are hard core supporters of Islamic infiltration as long as it gets them the votes come election time.

"Am I wrong but wasn't it the Democrats who were using the Gold Star family as a prop?"

In fairness, one must also ask

"Am I wrong but wasn't it the Republicans who were using the Benghazi mother as a prop?"

The honest answer is that Mr. Khan and Ms. Smith both have strong feelings on their respective stories and they voluntarily wanted to speak at the conventions.

From what I've read, Trump wants to put immigration on hold until a method to properly vet them is in place.

If he wants to indefinitely ban Muslims period, can you post that link?

Ever hear a liberal use the term "American" without a segregating qualifier in front of it?

Doesn't happen.

If the idea is to move to a society where race, creed and such do not matter and everyone is a person like any other, then how can that be possible if liberals refuse to stop segregating people?

It would be nicer if they had something to say about Muslim terrorism but we know that's not gonna happen.

Banning Muslims or banning immigration from countries from which terrorists have refuge and support and until our country has a means to vet those trying to enter?

I think you torpedoed your own post.

Muslims really have no place in our society. They have been tolerated because their numbers have been insignificant. But Obama and Hillary want to change that.

Trump is right, they don't belong here. Islam is not really a religion. It's a made up religion by a criminal who started a cult.
