Yes I did. I ALSO heard what Matt said to Trump AFTER Hillary broke he word which changed the rules.
Did YOU?
They both broke the rule, that was to be expected. But it was obvious that Trump was attacking all night. It was equally obvious that she got the tough questions, much more than he did.
Can you at least admit that holding this where they did, when GOP historically has higher support within the military, was an advantage to Trump?
...well except those guys in Benghazi, but they don't count. Move on already.
Oh please, get your context right. Mrs. Clinton was answering a question related to the coalition effort to protect civilians in Libya. In those efforts, no Americans were harmed.
Trump tweeting that he "won" last night reminds me of the black knight scene in The Holy Grail movie. He gets both arms and legs cut off, and keeps saying he is winning the fight. There is no making excuses for his performance last night, he showed his total lack of depth of knowledge on world affairs and issues.
His "plans" , if you want to call them that, are very vague and not plans at all. It would be akin to if I were up on that stage, I do not have the experience or skills to run this country, and neither does Donald. He got this far by his blustery ranting and raving, but now it is time for him to show he has the substance behind those rants, and he simply does not.

I understand your reference and agree (Monty Python). Hopefully Americans are really listening to what he's saying because he's full of logical fallacies. Here's an example, "A country without a defense isn't a country"......did someone tell Trump that we don't have a defense? It's a non-issue. But Americans hear this stuff and say "Yeah, no defense, no country. This guy is spot on and I'm voting for him."
Except that Trump doesn't listen and thinks he knows more than experts. That's a deadly flaw.
Your last sentence is just false. Which people did they give jobs that were not qualified? I doubt that you can name one.
Most of Obama's cabinet was full of his flunkies- Eric Holder comes to mind - but again - the left think Obama is just perfect and does everything right!

Ahh yes! Trump the body language whisperer... He is funny, you have to admit.
From what I saw, Clinton was questioned much harder than Trump. He was obviously being marked on a curve. Lauer let go unchallenged Trump's assertion that he was "always" against invading Iraq, which is contrary to the historical record.
Trump asserted that "when President Obama took over, likewise, it [Iraq] was a disaster." Lauer could have followed up, "how was it a disaster, Obama was following the Bush timetable for withdrawal?" Trump also said, "but if we’re going to get out, take the oil." Lauer could have followed up and said, "you do know that the oil that ISIS is selling comes from Syria, right?"
Trump asserted that the military was decimated under Obama. Lauer could have asked how is it decimated?
It was also very, very clear that Trump has no plan to deal with ISIS. He's just making that up.
From the NYT - "Charged with overseeing a live prime-time forum with Donald J. Trump and Hillary Clinton — widely seen as a dry run of sorts for the coming presidential debates — Mr. Lauer found himself besieged on Wednesday evening by critics of all political stripes, who accused the anchor of unfairness, sloppiness and even sexism in his handling of the event"
I'm no fan of Matt Lauer but I thought he did a good job last night. If it had been a puff piece of journalism no one would be talking about it today, but he asked the kinds of uncomfortable questions candidates for the office of the President need to be asked. So kudos to Matt Lauer for having the cojones to **** everyone off.
You can tell the Clinton camp expected to have a much easier time of it, the outrage being ginned up by her surrogates is telling. Trump took a nice thumping too, which he needs to keep him honest, but he slid by a lot of Lauer's questions. I realized last night Trump is turning into a good politician, which I'm not sure is such a good thing.
