If you remove the electoral college that's exactly what you would have, states with large cities and population centers would determine the election, small states would be inconsequential. The states that determine the election are those that are evenly matched between the 2 parties, many of the other states vote republican or democratic every year.

I suppose we can expect this juvenile behavior every time a republican gets close to winning.

Exactly, I saw three protesters last night say "it's not fair, Hillary had the popular vote". They don't even know how the procedure works.

I am still trying to figure out why they are so angry, is it b/c they disagree with his policy ideas, or more fearful of being less of a recepeint of redistribution policies not in their favor

That first one is from 11 months ago and the second one is selling T-shirts.

Both are clueless.

The next census will occur in 2020, if Trump is successful in sending a lot of these illegals home California and other states with high illegal populations will lose electoral votes and House seats. Estimates also suggest those seats would mostly be redistributed to red and purplish states.

As the saying goes elections have consequences and this may may a big one, it's also one of the hidden reasons Democrats are so much in support of illegals.

I do not engage in social media like Facebook for many reasons, not the least of which is being exposed to this emotion based sophomoric nonsense.
Regardless, send them this video to help educate them on our constitutional republic. It is put in such a way that even uneducated people can learn from it;
