Personally, I did not vote for him (I am a proud Republican) but would have voted for him had I taken a
Democrat ballot.

At the time, he seemed to be a refreshing alternative to the "politics as usual" positions coming from the Clinton camp.

Now it appears that, not only is he a typical politician, but he is divisive.
The pollsters on Fox News, Scott Rasmussen, etc, said that the reason for polling data to be inconsistent with outcomes was that Ba'rack voters were more passionate so they wanted to talk about their opinions and because white people don't feel comfortable saying they're not voting for him for fear of being perceived a racist.

I'm a moderate to libertarian Republican, so, obviously, I coudn't vote for him because of his socialist beliefs. (Healthcare.) Also, I never beleived that he was so "honest" and "new" because, although people retiring after 2030 will no longer get Social Security, he never mentions that the 15% tax rate for SS is going to have to be raised to change that. If a person knew any facts, they'd know right from the start that he's just an exceptionally articulate and extraordinary orator. He's slimy.

However, at first, I thought he was sincere-- until his wife spoke. I don't mean her angry at America until she might be first lady, I mean prior to that there was a speech she was giving and she talked about how some people were "nay sayers." As she said that, she looked at someone in the audience and stared at that person for about five to ten seconds. Right then, I knew they were dirtbags.

As a white guy, I have a special window into black culture because I'm with a black woman and was raised around blacks. When she did that, I knew the characteristic meant that she was one of those types of liberals-- angry and entitled. I wasn't shocked by the hate America speech.

People trying to protect his image claim that you can't judge him by his associations. That's a level of idiocy I've never heard before. Growing up, we always said "you're defined by your friends." Guess what? If you hung out with the bad kids, you started to be bad. If you met someone who's opinions were different from yours, you didn't really hang out with them.

I don't believe there's a chance that he could marry a woman who held different beliefs. I think the only reason he's not angry like his wife and pastor is because he feels sorry for all us inferior folks who can't take care of ourselves.

This guy is bad news. Thank God for Iran causing trouble-- people might forget how dangerous the world is and think an idealistic kid with theories about the world can talk terrorists out of killing our countrymen.

LOL. There's going to be a war with Iran. The question is, will it be on our land or theirs and will it be before or after Israel is destroyed?

Name a single war in the last 100 years in which Iran has been the aggressor.

Now, name the number of wars in which Israel has been the aggressor. And then name the number of war in which Iraq has been the aggressor.

Which country has occupied more foreign land. Israel or Iran?

And how is Iranian army to arrive on U.S soil. Of course, while you are at that, name any country that can get their army on U.S soil through pacific and atlantic.

Of course, terrorist group can come and attack us on our soil but U.S military is usless in that case. Only CIA, special ops and FBI can protect us---and Bush administration traitors and people in Pentagon have destroyed these two groups.

That's a nice attitude, sounds like the Bush administration. You must support either McCain or Clinton because both of them appear hell bent on starting a war with Iran no matter what the circumstances.

I have found HillaryDuck to be one of the more informed posters on here. Her responses are based on intelligence and rational discussion and not little cute lines. Her responses are more in keeping with the propensity for adult intellectual conversation and usually consistent with her support of Professor Obama.

If you don't think a dam can stop water from drowing a person, then I suppose you can fantasize that only a life-guard can stop a drowing.

We're already at war with Iran. They've been finding the weapons and tracking the movement of fighters.

ah? And the dam is the U.S army? How is Iran going to invade U.S. How is Iranian army going to cross the pacific or atlantic ocean. Really, give me a break. The whole argument of 'we can either fight them her or in Iraq'. If that was the case, terrorist wouldn't have been attacking the British in London. If your argument held, then spain wouldn't have been attacked by terrorist. Since 9/11, while we were in Iraq we have stopped a couple of terrorist plot. This all proves that the whole argument 'we are figthing them their(in Iraq and Afghanistan), so we don't have to fight them here' is stupid.

FBI and CIA can only protect us from terrorist group because we don't need muscle, we need intelligence network and cia agents tracking these terrorist and then taking them out via special ops. A U.S military tank can't find terrorist and that's the most important part.

Ok, since you(mr. one Thousand) didn't answer them in the first place, I will ask them again.

1)Name a single war in the last 100 years in which Iran has been the aggressor.

2)Now, name the number of wars in which Israel has been the aggressor. And then name the number of war in which Iraq has been the aggressor.

3)Which country has occupied more foreign land. Israel or Iran?
