Thus Christian influenced countries have evolved into something better than the brutality of the Middle Ages. Islam was spread by the sword since it's beginning. Where are the Muslim missionaries preaching to the lost? Southern European history for much of the last 700 years was about resisting Muslim occupation and domination. Glossing over the evil of groups like ISIS by pointing out what Christians wrongly did a long time ago doesn't change the fact that a large percentage of the Muslim world still wants to spread their religion by any means they deem necessary.

Christianity was spead with the sword since the beginning. Since Constantin had the foul idea of accepting a monotheistic superstition over freedom of religion, that was 1700 years ago.

Had he chosen another course, now we would not have Christianity nor Islam since both religions are practically the same. The difference between christianity and islamism is a line drawn in the desert, according to Muhammad.

Christians destroyed more art than barbarians....Islamic invasion was more tolerant, they translated all the classical masterpieces into Arab...that were retranslated into Latin in Toledo. That's why we know know who Aristotles was, for example.

The difference is the Bible does not justify this violence, I wonder how they justified it back then. The Koran however justifies the violence that is commited by Muslims till the present day, including the rape of "unbeliever" women.

Christianity was NOT spread by the sword since the beginning. The early Church was known for it's adherence to nonviolence. Anyone killing in the name of Christ isn't practicing Christianity. Anyone who believes these two religions are practically the same simply doesn't know the Bible or the Koran.

Thank you.
Some people really don't know all that well what they are talking about.

The Bulgarian PM announced he'd close all borders of Bulgaria and of course the response of our "Anglo-Germanic brothers" is threatening Bulgaria or switching to the "but we send them benefits" retarded excuse:

Well, I as an American REFUSE to stop forcing Europe to change its ways.

So there!

LOL

Oh, wait.

We haven't forced Europe to do anything.

We've just protected it militarily for the last 70 years....

There's no force involved but as someone who has been to Europe/Asia multiple times (and lived overseas) from the 1970s till today...there has been some serious homogenization and americanization all over the place.

I'm so glad I saw the world before it became McDonaldized.
