In Germany the supposed problem of anti-Semitism is blown way out of proportion because there are loud, Israel-backed pro-Semitic lobbying groups who don't even distinguish between Jews and Israelis. Whenever a German says something against Israel (which is long overdue), he is automatically labeled an anti-Semite. Deliberately confusing the two is a key component of Israel's strategy to keep Germany and Europe as a whole from supporting the Palestinian cause.

What however makes it hypocritical is when it comes from somebody living in a country that have their own issues with growing Anti-Semitism. And unfortunately that is something what applies to the US. Your sarcastic math equation won't change that.
I didn't suggest anything of the sort. Just pointing out the flaw in the suggestion that the US is suddenly seeing a raging wave of anti Semitism. We actually have a very low rate of anti Semitism in this country - among the lowest in the world.

Anti-zionism/anti-semitism is the same thing, even Macron mentioned it.

Aside from the fact that most prominent jews in history were zionists (from their king Solomon, the guy who led them from Iran, Theodor Herzl, Einstein...), the obvious is that they've lived there for centuries and are ethno-religious group. If random people grouped together (america/canada) can have a country, so can Israel.
and Europe is not Germany, Germany is just the "self-proclaimed leader" and Europe has the goal to end the 4th reich as it did with the previous one.

^ I may be wrong but I think it was Nigel Farage to use the term "4th reich" at first, he is rarely right but when he is the consequences are in his favour.

He is still dreaming after the former empire while the reality is just a shabby island inhabited with people with ugly teeth. Probably I would also be as frustrated as him and use words that I don't understand.

British teeth are no uglier than German teeth.
And why would so many people migrate to Britain if it were a shabby island?

This definition passes better to Ireland , 4 million people on small island...but no the UK. They're still 'important' economically, culturally and military-wise but of course will never own India, Hong Kong and the rest again.
