Ran 4.5 miles to the gym.
Intense plyometric cardio class with tricep & chest pushups. Pushups on the toes!
Outdoor yoga
Kickboxing class
Walked / squatted / yoga-ed / walking lunges home 4.5 miles to get my wallet
Walked 1.6 miles round trip for groceries.

Must be stated that fitness is 75-90% based on nutrition, so today has been Kale, broccoli, fruit, almond butter, honey, plain popcorn, lentils, raisins, water. Delicious, satisfying. Fueled for another round tomorrow!!

Yesterday, I taught a 2 hour combined tai chi/yoga/fitness class in the morning. Did dumbbell squat thrusters in the evening.

Today, passed on my usual early morning cardio and will instead run some sprints later this afternoon/early evening.

Will do ten rounds of:

Sprint 100 meters, 10 pushups, 10 situps, one minute rest.

WOWIE, is this a hot topic or what~? I started this thread and can't believe the amount of pages there is here.

I did 45 mins on the treadmill tonight followed by nautilus weights (similar to) for like 20-30 mins.

Well, the question is quite general and can be applied to a wide variety of situations .

For me it was the usual lats, bench & leg presses, Biceps, and abs routine.

My mode of transportation is in itself also an exercise (walk (or) run depending on how late I am)
