Almost two hours on the weights today. Bench press, squats, shoulder shrugs, seated calf raises, and seated rows. Tried a new squat routine today, fewer reps with more weight:
Ran 4.5 miles to the gym.
Intense plyometric cardio class with tricep & chest pushups. Pushups on the toes!
Outdoor yoga
Kickboxing class
Walked / squatted / yoga-ed / walking lunges home 4.5 miles to get my wallet
Walked 1.6 miles round trip for groceries.
Must be stated that fitness is 75-90% based on nutrition, so today has been Kale, broccoli, fruit, almond butter, honey, plain popcorn, lentils, raisins, water. Delicious, satisfying. Fueled for another round tomorrow!!
