I haven't worked out in months. I've gained 10lbs and am fine with it. I'm using it to keep warm in winter, lol. I'm working 60 hour weeks and just don't have the time. During our crazy rush it will be 70 hours so I'm putting gym membership on hold till Jan when I can go back to normal 45 hr weeks. Right now I'm working 7am-7pm 5 days a week. Soon it will be 6 days a week. FML
well im a 400 meter track runner and we did a workouton the track of sprinting 100 jog 100 sprint 100 jog 100 for 2 miles straight to work on endurance. hope it helps
Pull day of my PPL routine. Still weak AF, but on the path to strength.
Deadlift - 1x5+ (hit 6 reps today b/c i miscounted and did same weight as last week)
Weighted Chin-Up - 3x5, then 1xAMRAP with no weight
T-Bar Row Machine - 3x8-12
Face Pulls - 3x15-20
EZ Bar Curls - 4x8-12
Hammer Curls - 4x8-12
Treadmill for 30 minutes on the "hill" setting, then arms and abdominals. Wednesday the same only it's leg day.
