60 mins on the treadmill, but broken up. I did 30 to start out...did other stuff...ended with 30 more.
In between I did some work on abs and stretching to work on my flexibility
I did a Monday Megaformer class. And on walk home I took the big hill up (normally I take the gradual hill but I was in the mood for a bit more challenge.)
Elliptical and stepmill...took things slow since I'm recovering from vacation. Lifted a little bit and yeah missing a week of workouts somewhat affected my strength :/. But it just feels good to return to normal
Tuesday - had a rough outing with the cardio. had to stop my run at the 7 min mark and then resume for the final 3 mins. shoulders and back day. finding myself really time constrained now. Lost almost 6 of the 11 pounds I gained on vacation.
Swam for about an hour and a half and went to my hip-hop dance class.
