1. Seated Arm curls (12-15 reps/3sets)
2. Rowing (15 reps/3sets
3. Closed Grip chin-up (10 reps/ 3sets)
4. Tricep skullcrushers (10-12 reps/3 sets)
5. Shoulder Press (15 reps/3sets)
6. Tricep dips (15 reps/3sets)
7. Jogging (Treadmill.... 13 min 7 sec (1.3 miles))

EFX elliptical & 15 minutes without stopping on Jacobs ladder
Modified legs....goblet squats, lunges, step ups, SLSD, PB leg curls

My workout is very simple,easy,and I do it when I want. I do push-ups in sets throughout the day.

"Extreme Fitness" class = a bunch of exercises I can't remember the names of. Mostly bodyweight, some with those straps that hang from the ceiling. 50 minutes. It was all hard, but good.

cardio program on elliptical for 30minutes, then 30minutes w/weight lifting and other resistance exercises.

Thank goodness the first day of spring actually feels like spring in nj! I will be doing a 2 mile run outside followed by a T25 workout.

Same for me… 60+ degrees today which is rare where I live in March. I'll probably do my weekly lunges since I missed them on Monday and then some wind sprints on the trail.

Did the elliptical, then the lifecycle,
then the hip adducor,
abductor & leg curls...
I met a new trainer that I actually
took a liking to-
he wasn't pushy or aggressive
After weighing me
(I lost weight )
he showed me how to use some
machines that I thought
I'd never try & surprisingly I liked them, lol
Oh & he did an amazing
stretch on my hips-
Omg I didn't know trainers
did that kind of work.
It was almost like a sports
massage stretch.
I needed that
