"Extreme Fitness" class = a bunch of exercises I can't remember the names of. Mostly bodyweight, some with those straps that hang from the ceiling. 50 minutes. It was all hard, but good.
Same for me… 60+ degrees today which is rare where I live in March. I'll probably do my weekly lunges since I missed them on Monday and then some wind sprints on the trail.
Did the elliptical, then the lifecycle,
then the hip adducor,
abductor & leg curls...
I met a new trainer that I actually
took a liking to-
he wasn't pushy or aggressive
After weighing me
(I lost weight )
he showed me how to use some
machines that I thought
I'd never try & surprisingly I liked them, lol
Oh & he did an amazing
stretch on my hips-
Omg I didn't know trainers
did that kind of work.
It was almost like a sports
massage stretch.
I needed that
