No, I would say averaging around twice a week, once in a while 3 but mostly 2 times a week. Not that bad for me as I worked my way up to squatting more than once per week.

That's odd. Are you warming up properly? Getting enough protein (at least 1g/lb of LBM)? Set and rep range?
Bike ride. I'm not entirely sure how far, as I accidentally hit the pause button on the Runtastic app. I'm thinking 6 miles or so, with some steep hills.
