I agree in my case, I am doing it wrong. I think you can squat everyday if you do it right but I can't help doing hypertrophy sets when I should be backing off.

That's odd. Are you warming up properly? Getting enough protein (at least 1g/lb of LBM)? Set and rep range?

Bike ride. I'm not entirely sure how far, as I accidentally hit the pause button on the Runtastic app. I'm thinking 6 miles or so, with some steep hills.
