I added another 20 pounds to my squats and whatever it's called when I bend at one knee with the bar on my back/shoulders, so I'm not up to 90 pounds (assuming the bar is 20 pounds like I'm told). My leg presses are at 120 pounds now. Also did some other leg exercises, ab exercises, and 30 minutes on the stair machine (154 flights).

Split squat? Lunges?
Sounds like you are making better progress now that you're doing a more reasonable amount of reps.
Man, my squats have been sucking badly the past few months.
I could barely do 3 reps with 225 pounds today.
So I took the weights really low and just did multiple sets and reps just to get a good workout.
I do think I need to stop squatting for a while just to recover my leg muscles.
But I can't stop because I love squatting so much.
Personally, I think you squat way too much. I squat once every 7 days or so and have made tremendous strength gains. Squatting 3 or 4 days a week is too much. Overtraining makes you weaker, not stronger.
