Leg curl and reverse back raise, both on the glute-ham bench
seated calf raise and tibialis raises
heavy leg press
walked on treadmill for 40 minutes followed by backward walking for 10 minutes in the group exercise room (it was empty).
After being sick for 41 days I finally feel back to normal. Holy cow that was brutal. I still have some minor coughing but I'm back in the gym as of this morning and tanning as well. Getting back into my routine. That totally sucked!!!
