5-6 days a week but different exercises. Swim, run, spin, yoga, weights mostly.

Between mma, cycling and weight training I worked out about 4 times per week on average in 2015.

Its been cold and rainy and I just hate the cold and rain. Basically, I've just been a lazy a$$ as there are no excuses. The negative result of this is that I've gone from 175 - 178 lbs on average to a hefty ballooned up fatty 181 lbs this morning. Worse than the weight gain is the bodyfat percentage has gone up and that is TOTALLY unacceptable.

I'm getting back into the swing of things now though.
Commitment to health and fitness is an extremely tough thing. I can totally understand where you're coming from.

The cold weather lately had me question myself; wtf are doing out here, Lol. Same goes when I'm training in Arizona during the summer

I hear ya bro. I loaned out my speed ropes to a couple of friends, and even though I live in LA where it doesnt get super cold, I have no desire to get out an run with its in the 40s (mornings) or 50s (late morning). That and the fact that the wife went away on vacation to visit her folks allowed me the freedom to drink more beer and goof around more than I usually do.

3-4 days a week Jan-April, and 5-7 days since April 2015. I love my gym. It's more of a health club venue than a gym, actually. I also do barre workouts at home too.

My motivation is being 56,
I run treadmill 5 days,
going from 220lbs to 165(5 to goal) in 1yr
running 5.5mis on a good day(we do 1 hour)
the old guys at the gym that inspired me I am now equal or faster than.
I also can out run(treadmill) a bunch of guys 1/2 my age...

when I started I never thought I could get to were I was back in the college days. I have been a potato for the past 25yrs, my job took over my life(not anymore).

I guess the gym at least 110. Plus running outside twice a week, biking almost everyday.

That's been my uphill battle lately: the weather. It was so cold this morning that my phone died halfway through my run! But on the upside, I discovered that running w/o music is actually quite pleasant.

First part of 2015 3 times a week at gym.

Second part 3-4 times.

Now 6-7 and getting so many benefits.

Congratulations.

January is always the worst, all these New Years resolutionists crowding the place up. Few have the commitment to stick with it past Feb.
