Don't know how many days I worked out, but I did get my t-shirt for 150+ workouts for 2015.

Weights 3 days per week. Cardio happened when it happened, but I guess once or twice per week on average

At least 4 days a week since summer, on top of my 5/6 days of jogging outside.

I probably averaged 4 days a week over the course of the year, but some weeks worked out 6 some weeks 3, and some weeks took off completely due to injuries, overly hectic work week, or just needing a break for some recovery time.

Today is the 9th, and I've worked out 6 times so far this year. I'll probably lose count by the end of the month.

This is pretty much what I did most of the year. However, in December its a big goose egg - ZERO workouts. No runs, no crossfit, no weights, no bodyweight, no rope jumping. All I did in December was 8 tai chi classes, 4 yoga classes and a few martials arts practice days here and there of no more than an hour each.

Its been cold and rainy and I just hate the cold and rain. Basically, I've just been a lazy a$$ as there are no excuses. The negative result of this is that I've gone from 175 - 178 lbs on average to a hefty ballooned up fatty 181 lbs this morning. Worse than the weight gain is the bodyfat percentage has gone up and that is TOTALLY unacceptable.

I'm getting back into the swing of things now though.
