A year ago (Pre-Lockdown Pandemic) = 178 lbs

Now = 186lbs

Since I stopped going to the gym I lost consistency in my workouts.

I was 207 and now am 157. I used the time to get myself in shape since people that are overweight didn’t do well with Covid.

A year ago, I weighed 168. Today I weigh 169. Gonna have to go on a diet and lose that extra pound.

I'm up a pound from last year this time, but down 9 pounds from my pandemic over the summer. One pound to go! But then there's still the extra five pounds of weight from last winter - sigh.

I gained about 10 early on because I needed the extra drinks and comfort food. But then I got pragmatic and decided to do better (on eating and exercise) rather than worse. So I'm about the same weight now as when COVID began. Plus I'm getting to an age where my health should be my top priority. If we don't have our health, we don't have much, and can't enjoy much.

Before pandemic: 251
Right now: 171

I would like to lose more weight but my doctors are advising against it.

I went from 125 to 135, now down to 130. After moving, and Covid I have settled into a home workout routine that I like.

I actually lost weight, but it had nothing to do with the pandemic. I was eating not as healthy as I could be and was not going out hiking as much; and I was taking a medication that was causing weight gain. So I stopped all of that. was like around 173 prior and now about 155.
