With all these years of viewing National Geographic magazines it seems to me that the tribal gals who don't wear bras get pretty droopy, but the western gals who do wear bras seem to keep their shape for a lot longer...that's just my observation.

Seriously. I forgot my sports bra yesterday when I went to the gym and had to wear my regular one... I had to cut my cardio in half because it was too painful to run. Even lifting weights got annoying so I had to switch things up and focus on core/legs instead of arms/back. Stupid boobs.

I read an article about a study that refuted this one, earlier this week. I'm not sure what magazine it was in, I was at the hairdresser and only half-paying attention to the magazine while I was under the dryer.
