I'm 24, almost twice as young as you. If I want to wear some snazzy sneakers then I'm going to wear snazzy sneakers. 5 years ago I was 19, ya dig? I'm not exactly ancient.

I'm thinking sometimes lifestyle trumps age. In that it depends on other factors such as personal preference, what this guy does for a living, his hobbies etc... Personally, I think athletic casual wear can be done tastefully at any age. But people are people and we don't always follow the written (and unwritten) fashion rules. :-)

It's just a matter of preference. I prefer men in blue jeans, t-shirts, and work boots. Casual and down to earth. The more formal the outfit the less I prefer it. Not really sure why, just over the years I've found that to be my preference.

Personally, I like guys in t-shirts and jeans with sneakers. It's casual and as long as it's clean, who cares?

I'm just tired of guys in stretched-out shorts, dirty t-shirts and flip-flops. They're everywhere down here.

I know it's hot most of the year, but yick.

My brother is 35 and a college baseball coach. I'm pretty sure baseball caps and athletic shoes are a part of his daily work apparel.
