What, IMO is sooo hot about the attached image is NOT her breasts. She's a hot little muy bonita chicita regardless of her implants.

Yeah, that woman is hot regardless of chest size. For 90% of guys, they would not care if she were small A or Double D. They would still find her hot.

I'm a guy, and I prefer natural, but I would be in a relationship with a girl with implants, though it would be a negative to me. I love boobs but relationships aren't about people's bodies, it's about how you connect with the person. A woman's body parts are pretty much irrelevent for most guys when we're talking a real relationship (as opposed to hookup or friends with benefits situation).

I personally find it shallow but only because most of the women I know who have boob jobs have gotten ridiculously fake gigantic implants that are bigger than my head. I am talking like Maripily Rivera level fake. That's so classless and distasteful.

To me a woman does not need huge boobs to be hot. Im more interested in her butt ... and mainly what is on the inside of her brain.

Small boobs is NOT a deformity and you are trying to compare apples and coconuts.

No.

If this is something that you have been desiring for a long time and still want, no matter what, then do it. You already have the right consideration for it - for yourself. Stop trying to guilt your thoughts. It's one thing to analyze it to death first (as you should) but you're extending past that. Accept that you will have to brave it on your own because your family loves you as you are. But once it's done it's done and they will get over it.

I used to work with a young woman who was flat-chested and she finally decided to get the boob-job she always wanted. She did not do it for somebody else. Hers was probably not a full-C but she admittedly looked better and she did not flaunt them immodestly. But it gave herself a boost.

I had surgery once, myself, although it was something else. It made me feel a whole lot better about how I fit into clothes, and I have never, ever, regretted it.

I went from a 32B in my 20s, to a 32C after pregnancy, to a 32D after nursing, to a 32DD after menopause. I am still the same 5'1", 100 lbs. as I was in my 20s.

Do you have any idea how difficult, and EXPENSIVE, is to buy 32DD bras, let alone dresses that don't fit because of your boobs?

It's as shallow as other body modifications like getting your ears pierced.

Do you know breast implants are very toxic? Breast augmentation can be very dangerous.

Polar opposites when it comes to the body modification spectrum, do a search on google to find the actual difference if you seriously don't know.
