I'm not sure what you mean... I agree with you how bad driving in Orlando is. I drive the 408 and I-4 everyday, that's why I noted my sentence with a " ."

I have lived in Orlando and currently live in South FL, and I can tell you that the traffic is a joke down here compared to Orlando (Broward and Palm Beach are especially laughable compared to Orlando, only real problem is a few miles of 45-50 mph on 595 in the morning and SOME afternoons and off-sync traffic lights in Broward and lots of construction in Palm Beach), and the street and highway network is much more efficient then the one in Tampa. Miami is usually slow at rush hour, but flowing, and moving full speed at any other time of day. Orlando traffic at rush hour can leave you crying, and traffic jams are common 24-7.

And fewer sleazeballs, better schools, more highly educated people, more fortune 500 companies, higher sense of community, less crime, better environmental laws, and yes, more mosquitoes . I don't regret living in FL as a kid, but didn't want to raise my kids there. (They like visiting their grandma and cousins in FL, but have no desire to live there, either)

^^^ And accidents. I've never seen so many fender benders in my life. You wouldnt believe this, actually, some of you probably can, I saw a lady bump the car in front of her while traffic was really slow, and she didnt even get out of her car. Can you believe that? I saw it happen, I saw her reaction, and can you believe she never got out of her car? Isnt is common courtesy to atleast apologize, even if very little if any damage occured?

Florida is a nice place for a vacation but give me NYC to live my life. The winters here are quite mild and do not compare to New England or the Midwest. So you see, you can't lump all northern cities together. I am in no way knocking Florida, it's just that both locations are different but have their own merits. To each his own!!

Very different class of Puerto Ricans for the most part, some good and some I just wonder where the hell did you come from. I really didn't like Orlando at all. I considered moving there 6 years ago and went for 2 weeks and on the 3rd day new I could never live there. One of my best friends in the world lives there and likes it very much. The schools situation scare me, it was very difficult to find A rated public schools in Orlando and I heard a lot about the crime there from my friend.

Curious are you originally from NYC? I was born her and have lived here most of my life and I think NYC winters are very cold LOL. But I would completely understand someone thinking they were mild in comparison to a Buffalo winter.
