I had 2 eggs over easy with cheese grits and toast. Two scrambled eggs in a tortilla with cheese grits on the side for Gdaughter. Wife had a egg sandwich with tomato slices and grits on the side.

tonight we had grilled pork chops with peaches. This was a combination I had not had before, but I must say it was excellent.

I LOVE pork chops. I'll have to try this combination next time I decide to have pork chops for dinner. Thanks for telling us!

Debsi, here is the recipe I used and I added strips of bell pepper. I rarely follow any recipe to the tee and I didn't with this one either but it is a good base idea. I just typed in swiss steak dutch oven on Google and Alton brown food network recipe came up. Easy and good recipe!

Tonight we are having Perogies with red gravy. Easy and quick --it's Wednesday and American Idol is on! Good excuse!
