If I feel like it, it will be perogies with onion gravy, farmer sausage and some kind of green vegetable. However, it is actually a perfect day for sleeping so I might do that instead.

Looks like we're on the same page but since I can't sleep--to much I have to do guess it will be perogies with marinara sauce, garlic toast and a green salad with some of the last of my garden cucumbers and cut up watermelon. Been up since 4AM so not looking forward to a lot of dishes so this will work well!!

Left over chicken from a BBQ at church yesterday. Will probably make some brown rice to go with it and a big bowl of fresh veggies, lightly stir fried in olive oil.

That's my favorite BBQ sauce. At our church BBQ yesteday, that's what our griller used. Mmm-mmm-GOOD!
