Deep fried chicken, and I'm talking deep... we drug out the turkey fryer. Whole chicken coated inside and out with our dry rub, grilled asparagus and a big bowl of fresh mixed salad.

Can't cut the chord to my wok yet! Stir-Fry Mandarin Beef w/Bell Peppers & chile paste. Stir-Fry Chicken with pea pods and a pound of mushrooms.

Been going crazy trying to find sweet bean paste which some recipes call for.
Called every store in my part of town, zilch! Don't carry it! So I googled it tonite, and you can make it yourself, and oh so easy to make, and the reviews say it's tastier than the store bought. Quite simply, it's beans, sugar and a little oil!

Now, next hurdle, where do I find Adzuki beans which are suppose to have a nutty flavor to them, grown in Thailand and China! Can't find them, I'll try a substitution with red beans!

After years of discussions, planning and more planning, and much aggravation and procrastinating, we finally installed our natural gas grill Sunday afternoon. It has been sitting, still in the box, in our garage for 5 years. Long, ugly store here which is will not bore you with. Anyway, tonight I am finally going to get to use it tonight!!!! I haven't decided what I will cook yet. Maybe some nice steaks, or possibly chicken fajitas.
