Today it was chicken and walnuts with grapefruit and blood orange reduction sauce with rice pilaf, steamed carrots and caprese salad, with an espresso macchiato.
It was fresh, fried sole, fried new potatoes, steamed broccoli and a lemon-dill sauce. I don't usually do two fried items in one meal but hubby loves fried potatoes and I can't remember the last time i made them. It was very good but I have no idea what I will do for dinner tomorrow. This is important only because lately I've been working very hard, and I'm very hungry but don't want to spend a huge amount of time cooking.
