What kinds of sides do you like with BBQ?

I just had NC barbecue ribs Sat. night. came with baked sweet potato, baked beans and Hush puppies. Yum Yum.

They didn't have any Coors so I had to settle for Bud light.

Corn bread/muffins, lots of iced tea (unsweetened), baked beans, pinto or black beans, creamy coleslaw (especially with a really hot and spicy rub or sauce, it helps cool things down!), twice baked potatoes, grilled garlic bread (nice and toasted, like a grilled cheese sandwich), sweet corn, thick onion rings.

And something really good for dessert, like peach cobbler or bread pudding.
