i have the beans on cooking now for tostadas, and I might make some spanish rice. I want to get as much out of the fridge as I can before our house guests come tomorrow..

Actually, ended up making hamburger helper - DH loves it! Oh well, easy for me. Tonight will be leftovers or DH can bring something home.

One of my fav finger foods to bring to a party this time of year, is ground venison meatballs- aptly named Bambi-balls
