Um. Well. Yeah. I'm Jewish BUT... we're not following tradition. Most Jewish people will have Chinese food for dinner on Christmas. Not us. Nope. We're having sushi.

Our recent tradition for Christmas Eve has been dinner in Chicago's Chinatown at 7 pm with our Jewish friends and Midnight Mass at the Cathedral.

This year, we backed out as both of us have been under the weather. All I am doing today are shots of Buckley's Cough Syrup, the foulest tasting stuff on Earth.

We had a change in plans due to our guests were unable to come over due to illness.

So, I am having a pork chop, Ms. is having baked chicken and both w/ yams, brussel sprouts.
Maybe a glass of white Merlot.

Merry Christmas to all.

LOL!!!

I'm making it my mission to expand the tradition so it's Asian food for Christmas dinner. Of course, Chinese will be the prominent choice, but I'd like to see sushi and Thai in the race too. Oh! And Vietnamese. And Korean!

Crap. Now I'm hungry.
