At the moment I'm posting under the influence of a baked potato chopped up and covered with a couple of hot dogs and melted velveeta....Really missed a chance for jalapenos as I know they would have filled in for the missing link...

I may just do that one day...Ya never know what I'll do cause I don't know myself...I do want to go to Buffalo, NY at least once for wings....My mom was telling me about the weather in Buffalo that she experienced....Freezing in August and over a hundred in October....I had best plan something in May and hope for the best....No ice cream...Found some BBQ chips...Seems I decimated the S&V's already...

Went out for salad with barbecue chicken - all mixed together (had to sort it out -- too much bbq sauce) and pecan pie for dessert. As I get older those desserts become a nice treat; didn't need them too much in past years.

Amen....Pie especially...When younger I like cakes the best but now pecan, banana, coconut cream, key lime, cinnamon apple, peach, blueberry, lemon, and most all other fruit and berry pies along with pumpkin.....

Tomorrow we are making more tomato pies.....Have another formula worked up and must try before tomatoes go bad...

Arrrrrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Fell waaaaaaaaay behind again

Tonight I diced up a small onion and sauteed it with a few chopped up slices of pancetta 'til they were happy together (Hey! Great song title!), added red pepper flake, S & P, a coupla chopped cloves of garlic, chopped-puffed up in boiling water sun-dried tomatoes and sauteed a little longer. Tossed with mezzi rigatoni and grated cheese, a spponfu of tapenade, added garlic bread and dinner was done.

A few more glasses of wine and I will be too!

Hot Boars Head roast beef sandwiches with very potent horseradish-hopefully no sinus probs tonight.

Dessert-fruit w/angel food cake.

Happy, huggy nite all.
