What are you subbing cran for eliza? Just along side the pork as the sweet to the pork's savory? I think that would be awesome.

Tonight will be the rest of the chicken soup I made on Saturday. So glad I froze all of the turkey stock that I made after Christmas. I made a wonderful soup. DD won't like the mushroom but she can just put them in my bowl.

Oh, yeh...pork and cranberry. Good combo, EM.

DH is at Publix as we speak, picking up the ingredients for our "special" tonight. Shrimp/linguini alfredo. Yum.

It does sound good NMS but I'm going to have to pass. Its a long drive from Louisiana to Maine and my dog and I have to be there for dinner tonight with Elston and his DP. I don't think I can even make dessert in Florida.
