Well it is very real after raiding the fridge or wife's treat cupboard I must get feet in gear down to the track for a couple of laps. I used to do 5-12 miles during the week after getting off at 5PM. Well when that stopped so should have the food cravings but they did not. Right now I am craving that cobbler every one is making with ice cream and another topping of whipped cream...

My hub even goes along with it ha ha poor guy I was thinking Scooby Doo. I will be Velma or Daphnie, my hub will be Shaggy(carring a scooby stuffed animal), an my son will be the little monster we are after... Not sure yet open for ideas
Good luck to you who are trying to quit smoking!

And how much do you spend on cigarettes. It evens out.

Then you can keep "spending" that money by putting it in your piggy bank for a whim one day. (Mine goes towards gas I think).

Molochai, The Chantix will help, but the real success factor is you, not the pill. I feel that you will be successful; your vision of a more healthy life with the assistance of the "Chantix" give you the edge! Quitting is hard.....but by as you look around.....you can see that millions have done it. You can too. Si se puerda! Yes We Can!

For supper tonight........Rice, Pork Chops and one lonely chicken thigh I pulled out of the freezer...and summer squash....perhaps mashed with butter.
